Come join Dept 7 East for good times and a classic Lowcountry Boil this Friday before heading down to the river for fireworks! Action starts at 6. The boil is $25 a person. Savannah’s historic riverfront will be celebrating the Fourth of July all weekend long! Rousakis Plaza will be filled with regional arts & crafts exhibitors, local entertainment, and fun for the entire family! Live music will also be featured on the Arbor Stage throughout this festive weekend. The fireworks begin at 9pm, so plan on getting there early to get a good spot.
Want something a little more intimate? Celebrate our nation’s independence with Savannah Riverboat Cruises! Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of a city founded in 1733. During the 1 1/2 hour cruise, dance to the music of the Riverboat DJ spinning your favorite tunes. The evening will also feature the spectacular Waterfront Fireworks display! Looking for some pre 4th of July fun? head over to Savannah Coffee Roasters for “Puppets and Pastries.” Children get to enjoy the puppet show and all the grown-ups will love sampling some of the best pastries in coffee in town. Tickets are only $7 and children under 2 are FREE. TICKETS
